Dr. Mehmet Erem
He is the owner of the company and author of the book Yelkenli Yatçılık (Sailboat Yachting). He started sailing at the Istanbul Sailing Club when he was in middle school. During his university years, he worked as a sailing instructor and coach at various clubs. He has served as a founding member, instructor, and board member at numerous clubs and associations, including the Dragos Sailing Club, Heybeliada Water Sports Club, and the Sailing and Amateur Sailors Association (DADD). He is the founder and manager of several online platforms related to maritime and sailing. He is an otolaryngologist and is fluent in English and French. He actively serves as an instructor in our Yachtmaster training programs.

Levent Baktır
He is a master mariner with extensive experience in both the commercial yacht and superyacht industries. Throughout his career, he has held positions as Fleet Manager, Project Manager for Superyacht Refurbishment projects, and General Manager of Palmarina Bodrum. He is also the founder of Xone Superyacht Group, which is IYT-accredited. He is an active instructor in both amateur and professional IYT training courses.

Yasin Yücel
He is the instructor coordinator for the Istanbul region. His interest in sailing introduced him to sailing boats in his youth. He has received many different training courses on sailing from national and international institutions. By purchasing his own boat, he gained experience in maintenance, repair, upkeep, and technical matters. He has been pursuing recreational yachting full-time since 2018, having previously engaged in it part-time throughout his professional career. He holds STCW and Seafarer certificates.

Sinem Özgönenç
She has been sailing since 2010. She started sailing in Izmir as an training coordinator, then completed the necessary training to become a sailing instructor. She is still actively participating in yacht races and is an active member of the Xone Racing Team. She works as an education coordinator in Izmir at One Yacht.

Kaan Özgönenç
Kaan Özgönenç, who has been sailing since 1988, has represented our country by in national team over 1,000 times. He has set an unbreakable record by becoming the Turkish Champion 14 times in the youth and senior 470 categories. In 1997, he brought Turkey its first-ever gold medal in the Senior Category at the Balkan Championships. Since 2002, he has been providing sailing and yachting training for adults in Izmir and continues to participate in yacht races with his students.

Alper Ulutaş
He was born and raised in a small fishing village in Ordu. At the age of 8, he converted his wooden rowboat into a sailboat and began sailing as an amateur in the Black Sea. During his university years, he changed his career path to teaching by receiving professional centerboard training and joined forces with leading figures in Turkey's sailing and yachting world, benefiting from their experience. He has worked as a captain and instructor for various charter companies in the Black Sea, Aegean Sea, and Mediterranean Sea. He holds STCW and IYT instructor certifications.

Batuhan Malkoç
He began sailing in 2006. As the founder and instructor of a sailing school focused on youth, he took part in preparing training programs, managing teams, and delivering race-oriented practical training.Following his years as an instructor, he captained a long-distance voyage of over 6,000 nautical miles across the Pacific Ocean, sailing from Fiji to Thailand. He is proficient in English and French.After this experience, he continues to provide sailing and yachting training as an instructor at One Yacht Izmir.

Bülent Tanyolaç
He received his sailing training at the Ankara Sailing Club in 2002. In subsequent years, he served on the board of directors of AYK and participated in many yacht races as a licensed athlete. He holds a Shipman, IYT Yacht Master Coastal, and IYT instructor certificates. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department at METU and worked at TUSAŞ and Airbus before retiring and settling in Bodrum. He has published three novels.

Sergün Firidin
He started sailing at the age of 12 as a licensed athlete at the Heybeliada Water Sports Club. He competed in the Optimist, Pirat, and Laser classes. He continues to sail today. He holds STCW certificates. He is a licensed guide and speaks English and Italian.
